About Sarah

Opening Myself to You

When we empty our small selves, we find our whole self, as One.

My past professional experience involves traditional educational and spiritual studies along with non-traditional. I have a Master of Arts in Teaching, was a classroom teacher (grades 1-5), specialized in teaching first graders how to read, and became a Curriculum Director. I see now that my work as a teacher was another form of healing in a different platform.

All of my life I have been a spiritual seeker. In the late 80’s I worked towards a Master of Pastoral Studies at Loyola’s Institute for Pastoral Studies, studying theology. I became shaped by many authors, including: Caroline Myss, Donna Eden, Barbara Ann Brennan, Thich Nhat Hanh, John O’Donohue, Cyndi Dale, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Masaru Emoto, Rumi, Richard Rohr, Penney Peirce, and Tricia Eldridge.

I have always understood the importance of remaining open and curious to the expression of Spirit in the world around us. I have maintained a wide space in my life for art, literature and dance to help better instruct my work as a healer and teacher. I deeply respect each client’s understanding of the Divine/Universal Mind.

I graduated from the Energy Touch School of Advanced Healing in May of 2017 as a EnergyTouch® Practitioner.

My practice is in Urbana, Illinois. I am available for in person sessions and for distant healing, done via telephone. The sessions are equally effective and are priced the same: $125.00/1.5 hours.

“We are born of Love;
Love is our Mother.”

“Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens.”
